• Tip of the Week: CorelDRAW® is good at math too!

    Included with the many numeric fields throughout CorelDRAW and PHOTO-PAINT is the capability to do math. That's right! You can get CorelDRAW to calculate things for you!
    Here is an example:
    Create a rectangle. Give it an exact width by typing "12" in the width Object Size box on the property bar. (For this example, let's assume that you use centimeters as your default.) Press Enter.

  • Tip of the Week: "Simplify" for an easier-to-produce layout



    When you create a complicated design with overlapping shapes, using the Simplify feature (Arrange > Shaping > Simplify) can clean up your file and make it much easier for sign makers or screen printers to produce. The Simplify feature removes hidden areas from overlapping shapes and is available only when two or more shapes are selected.

  • Tip of the week: Display different views simultaneously
