This morning, Corel announced both the CorelDRAW International Design Contest as well as a Anniversary Edition (in limited quantities) of CorelDRAW® Graphics Suite to celebrate the 20 years of design innovation with CorelDRAW. 

The CorelDRAW International Design Contest first. It starts today and It features 6 different categories:

  • Advertising/Marketing
  • Promotional/Personalization
  • Vehicle Wraps
  • Textile/Fashion Design
  • General Illustration and Fine Art.
  • Students

With prizes across the different categories representing a total value of over $75,000, winners in each category will receive a prize pack, and the overall grand prize winner will receive a Roland® VersaCAMM™ VP-540 printer/cutter (approximate retail value of over US$21,000). The contest starts today and your submissions need to be in before May 31st, 2009, with the winning entries to be displayed on the CorelDRAW.com community.
