Hi - I have downloaded the software from Corel's site using the download link & serial numbers provided on the email confirming my purchase. However application does not load. The shortcut icon has a message saying "side-by-side configuration is incorrect". I do not understand this. Does this mean I am unable to use this software on my new computer?
I also installed Paint Shop Pro X2 in the same way with exactly the same problem.

Hello paemchen; If you have a upgrade ver. then it is probably look for a older ver.
