Since installing 7.1 the sizing handles are not alway visible.
Flipping between some jobs now and one job has selected items where the handles are visible, the other job has selections and the handles are not visible. It seems to be an intermittent issue. If you hover over where you expect the handles to be, the mouse pointer changes to the correct sizing arrows and the object can be resized.
Anyone else experience this?
In tools > options > workspace > display, is it possible that you have interruptible refresh set?
This could cause screen drawing to stop if you do something (usually a key or mouse click) before the screen is completely refreshed.
Just had a look, no, it is not set.

I experience this quite often as well. You may find other things have locked up, like your dimension tool will display the same dimensions for all objects. Only cure I have found is to restart. Not at all happy with this version.
It's not a bug, it's a feature: Tools / options / workspace / Display uncheck "Hide bounding box for shaping tools"
Ariel may have the answer, but what brand mouse are you using?
