Mirror Vertical button missing in Fit Text to Path

Giving me fits! Trying to align text along the bottom of a circle so it is readable right side up but the tool bar has only the mirror horizontally button. The mirror vertically button is missing. See tthe image below, next to "Tick Snapping" -- isnt that where it should be? Bizarre.

Is it possible that the command was accidentally removed?

If you have not customized your property bar (in any mode or state), you can reset it to default, but this will remove all customization performed in any property bar mode or state. To reset the property bar to default, right click on it, choose Customize> Property Bar Toolbar> Reset to Default.

Alternatively, you can add the single command manually, from Tools, Customization, Commands. First, you will need to have the property bar displaying in the appropriate state, so create text on a path. Then open Tools menu, Customization dialog and choose Commands in the tree. In the Commands list on the right, choose Text in the dropdown, then scroll to find 'Mirror fitted text vertically. Drag the command to the toolbar where you wish to place it. Click OK to close the dialog.

Thanks. I reset the defaults. I did not customize the property bar. Not sure how that happened

Commands in the workspace on property bars, toolbars and toolbox can be interactively edited (moved, copied, deleted) using the ALT key (ALT+CTRL will copy). My guess is that it was likely ALT+dragged from the property bar accidentally and deleted.
