This has been going on a for a while, but finally it's beginning to really irritate me.
I have no "snap to" behaviors turned on! But when I try to adjust something, the size of a rectangle for instance, I have to zoom in VERY close so that it doesn't snap to the grid, another object or Heaven knows what (that I can't see) and so that I can place it exactly where I want to. In case of this photo, at the halfway point between the two red dots. When I attempt to re-size the rust red rectangle a bit larger, and it snaps either to the outer edge, or to where it started.
I don't know if I just have to live with this, or is there something I've missed? [*-)]

Thanks Ariel but this is something that is always activated, that I can't turn off. I don't use those shortcuts often enough to keep it constantly in "snap behavior".
