VERY poor response time and difficult to access technical support

VERY disgusted with Corel team. My machines have been down since Friday due to a Corel volume licensing problem. The voicemail system on their website takes you NO WHERE, the chat is USELESS, and bottom line I have paid for volume licensing and they have their money but my machines are locked out of functionality, plus getting them on the phone to take care of the problem -- should be a quick keystroke correction on their end -- is impossible.

Corel should provide a number and a support staff that takes care of their clients. I am very unhappy. I have lost 4 days production so far.
