I just installed the software and NOW it is asking me to sign in? Why? Anyway, I try but all I get is "Error: Unknown Error."
I requested support for this and got a response about the certificates are not updated and how to fix. Did not work. Big surprise!
Has anyone got this to work? I can't even use the software I paid for. Why do I have to log in thru the Internet to use my software? I hope that this does not keep me from using my software if I don't have Internet access? When I installed it asked for my serial number which I expected it phoned home to check? So why do they need to have me log in every time I use my software?
I want this fixed so I can use my software. Any help would be appreciated.
