CDR 2018 Telling me the disk is full

I am trying to save a 100Mb file and it tells me the Temp drive is full. See screen Caps.

There is at lease 200Gb of space for the file to save and for the temp files.

The temp folder is emptied every morning.

Any idea how to stop this?
