I have found several Photoshop Tutorial on how to turn a photo into a coloring page which I would like to do but I can't find any tutors for corel photopaint or draw.
Does anyone know of a tutor to change a photo to a coloring page in corel?

The result may be too detailed, but you can try it anyway.
Use draw not paint, import the photo, right click on it and select "Outline Trace > Clipart".
Select the resulting trace group, apply white fill and black outline.
If the original photo had a lot of texture, you may need to experiment with the parameters, and/or simplify the result by ungrouping and deleting surplus shapes.
I have spend hours upon hours playing with draw's trace and nothing really works. It can be done with some picture but it is very hit and miss plus no two picture can be done the same.
