i scanned a document as an image (jpeg) and import it to corel draw and i can't edit the text inside that image.?
i will really appreciate any help

That's right. You can't.
You have an image. Not text. Think of it as scanning a photo of a building and wanting to edit the name on the sign out front.
Options (very basic options):
1. Recreate the document by placing text on top of the document, then placing a block (rectangle shape filled with white for example) under it.
2. Edit the image in photo paint by deleting the text and then pasting in new text with the text tool.

Hi.
I think this is the basic understanding of many customers. As long as you have the scanner you can scan and create what I want.
If I could add up the hours spent explaining this and get paid for them I would be rich.
