CorelDRAW should have a Maximize Work Area button and shortcut.
What about another shortcut key when pressed and hold, all bars, boxes and pallets appear temporarily (and without any changes of zoom level), and return hidden when the button released?
Adobe products do that with the <Tab> key. I've found that you need it with their products because their tool palettes take up too much space.
But it's proven to be quite annoying to have to toggle back and forth to click on one tool button.
Consider this. If you've seen the cool animated icon strips that Vista and the Mac OS's use then you could think of at least the toolbar buttons on the side doing the same thing, except they are hidden off the side.
Corel's Dockers could also be enhanced by allowing them to expand out whenever your mouse pointer hovers over the associated docker button. And collapse after leaving the opened palette for a second.
Maybe, we could still be allowed to edit when in <F9> full preview mode... just think! No clutter at all, just pure artwork space and the currently selected tool.
I saw Adobe Illustrator CS3, its Panels are wonderful and auto-expand in Full-screen mode.

Adobe Illustrator Panel Advantages
Panel/Docker Accessibility
CorelDRAW Docker has a Title Bar and a Tab. The Tab appears when the docker is collapsed, or expanded in case the docker is nested. But when dockers are nested, they all have one Title Bar with one title; the currently selected Docker… So where is the problem?
If you minimize (click on the tiny black triangle in the Title Bar) nested Dockers, all their tabs disappear and the Title Bar stays showing the last selected docker title. You can't know which dockers are opened but hidden in the minimized nested dockers. If you have many minimized groups of nested dockers and you want a docker, you have to maximize each group and search for that docker.
Adobe Illustrator Panel has a Title bar, Tab and an Icon. If a Dock is collapsed, Icons are apparent and panels (in this case called: Icon Panels) can be expanded and auto-collapsed. If the dock is expanded, the icons disappear but tabs do not. Even when Panels or Panel Group is minimized, tabs with Panel names are always apparent and Panels are always accessible.
Docks versus Columns of Dockers
In Adobe Illustrator, each Dock is an independent entity; you can have one collapsed and another expanded. While in CorelDRAW, you have just one button for all that collapses/expands Dockers and Columns of Docker all together.
Adobe now has "dockers" CorelDRAW users will definitely love. Adobe knows how to be the Industry Standard.
