Thanks in advance! I'm using CorelDraw 7 and searched these forums, but I haven't found any posts regarding a recurring problem. After creating an object (line, etc.), I zoom in on a different object or save the file and, when I return to the original object, it has randomly changed location. We haven't noticed a pattern yet.

Hi.
Video drivers perhaps? Which OS are you using with CorelDraw version 7?
Version 7 was designed for Windows 95 I think. Did it also do this when you had it running under Windows 95/98?

There is a drawing precision setting, which controls the number of decimal places used for some values.
In X6 is at tools > options > workspace > edit and has a default value of 3. If yours has a lower value, try increasing it.
Flopbott, Corel 7 is about 15 years old.
Even for us that have used that version...............remembering 15 years back is not an easy feat
