Corel will also do the math for you in the property bar if you want. Say
you want your 14" x 14" drawing to be increased by 135%. Simply type
14*1.35 in the width or height with the proportions constrained and hit
ENTER. I've always loved this feature for those times when a client
picks one feature to use as the part they want to be a certain size.

Example: I had a logo design with tag line underneath to be turned into
lighted channel letters. Instead of using the round logo for the sizing,
the client wanted the lower case "e" in the name to be a certain size. I
drew a rectangle to get the height of the "e", then used a calculator to
get the difference between the old size and new size as a percentage.
Then selected the whole design and used the a*b formatting in the
property bar to size the whole design to the new correct size.
