Data merge issue with numbers using xls file

    try again - IE didnt post question ...

    Using xls spreadsheet for data merge

    Contains text and numeric fields;

    The numeric data is merging with trailing .00

    ie 1 is merging as 1.0 20 is merging as 20.00000

     

    XLS formatting for the numbers was general - also tried - number with decimal places set to 0
