Hello I just helped a Corel user with an extremely weird installation issue. To resolve it we uninstalled and wiped all folders and re-installed.
The issue was incorrect work space, many of the menu choices were incorrect. Have any of youold time Corel users seen this. I've been around for over 11 versions and have not seenit before.
It is unclear what kind of problem occurs with the Workspace, but try the following: RESTART CorelDRAW holding DOWN F8 key to restore factory defaults. Confirm that option and see if it solves the problem. Otherwise, post here, more accurately, what kind of event occurred.

Yes I did that and every trick I've learned in over a dozen years but the only repair was to completely un-install and re-install very carefully. It came back prefectly but I never saw a filter or an object menus in CD. I am ok as my client has the system running bu it was very strange.
Hey I'm with you on this I've got them fixed without blowing out the registry but I've never seen such a strange install that didn't require that I blow out the registry ti fix!
