Manoj,
Is the screen print on fabric or another substrate? Is substrate white or another very light color? Is your design areas of flat color (whether they overlap or not, or are there blends from one color to the next?

Yes i am going to print on poly carbonate not on fabric. but overlapping is must but we do it manually by increasing outline. I am new to this so i just do it as hit and try but this is not a solution since it is very tedious and time consuming job. also it is not give 100% results in some cases.
Is there any other best way to overlap colors while separating colors and getting output.

That is probably not necessary. CorelDraw has inbuilt trapping which you can look up at http://product.corel.com/help/CorelDRAW/540229932/Main/EN/Documentation/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm#href=CorelDRAW-Working-with-color-trapping-and-overprinting.html
That is the help file from X7 but I don't think trapping has changed so the same should be available in X6.
