Macro to Toggle Nudge Distance?

My Visual Basic skills are long outdated. Is it possible to write a macro that will toggle the Nudge Distance between .125" and 100" ?

    Hi John

     

    we had a series of  Macros using the transformations  tool bar  position function  went like this

    move u     up 1/4 inch

    move d    down a 1/4

    move l   left  1/4

    move r right 1/4

    we could set any movement and the relative position of the move  we used it for one client's work  made the repletion easy just a shortcut  move was done
