2 'hidden' nonfunctional icons of Dynamic Guides

Hi.  In Tools / Options... / Workspace / Customization / Commands
I have found 2 Icons that I have put in a Toolbar to test them,
but none of both works  :(

Perpendicular Dynamic Guide and Tangent Dynamic Guide
