Aha ...
Well spotted
My X7 offered to auto-update first thing this morning after exiting.
Did have to go poke around on the Corel web site to see what was updated.

Ha!
I was 86% done downloading it through the prompts when it said it couldn't complete and go to the website which I did. Then you click the link for Coreldraw and it takes you to the list of updates, click on the update link and it takes you back to the list of programs! I'll try again tomorrow.
Got the "update available" prompt just as I was shutting down X7. Installed fine for me. 7.2 blah blah.
Myron
so the SIGN IN screen works fine for everyone else except ME???
NICE.

Is it possible that you've used a different email to register X7 from previous versions, and confused the IDs ?
The way to check is to log in and go to the registered products list. If it shows your X7 serial number there, then you have the correct ID. If its not there, you need to try a different one.
i've already logged in successfully plenty of times on corel.com but no luck the other way. the account shows X7 with legit serial registered.
*also, two other coworkers had the same problem...so I'm leaning towards the Barracuda web filter. I have no control over that...but IT does.

With regards to the invalid subscription ID error, could you please email me directly (sharon.potts@corel.com)? There's some additional information that I would like to obtain to try to find the source of the issue.
