There are several steps to make, and all are very simple
Align all objects appropriately.
From the following drawing, what is it that you are not able to do? Post examples of how far you have reached and others will chime in with better ideas.
ok...so im stuck here...cant seem to produce the concentric circles along the path right...keeps going vertically and horizontally only... (if u can a template to fool around with wont be a bad idea :D)
