I'm using CRD to create a tradeshow floorplan and building it at actual size. No problem so far as it's vector and I'm not bothering with any fill. Now I want to create a new file that will print on a regular sheet of paper, so am trying to reduce the graphic. A few attempts have failed so here's what I've done to this point:
grouped the whole graphic
locked the little "lock proportions" icon
on the one axis I have reduced the size to 1/2, (that worked fine).
saved file
same thing, reduced it to 1/2 again. now the graphic SHOULD be 500" but it has a large space
here's the screen shot: ... there is NOTHING to the left of the graphic yet you can see that the object size is 819" when it should be 500. I'm not sure where to go with this - can someone offer a solution or a different way to print this - any help is appreciated
I agree with the rest, there has to be something there, Sometimes you can group an invisible object by mistake or it could be combined to one of the objects in your drawing.. try breaking everything apart and just selecting your drawing
Ctrl+click to select an object inside the group, then change selected object with the Tab key and repear until you find the object outside the groop
