With most programs, you have the choice of a box version or a download. Depending on the program, there may be a difference in price.
The purchase options for the technical suite are at http://www.coreldraw.com/gb/product/technical-communication-software/ though what you see on that page will depend on your country.

I think you may need to ask Corel France sales about this. The France page http://www.coreldraw.com/fr/product/application-dillustration-technique/ is not showing a box version.
