Hello Creative; What I would do is Redo the name tag as the screen shot below, group it, move it to the center of the page Convert the names to Artistic text, click on each name and click on the icon to put it in the center of the page group it to the tag. then when I was done with all the names I'd use the Align And Distribute tool.

This looks like a job for print merge to me.
Hi harryLondon,Thanks for your Response. Can you please Show Us a Video Demo OR ScreenShot Demo about print merge? Because, I have never used print merge Tool / Option.

Hello TheSignGuy (aka) George,Thanks for your Response. But your Way would be a Very Long process and then the File Size would Increase. By the way, the word "Name" cannot go above the Candidate's Name. If you Do this Way, then you have to Create (Copy & Paste) 1000 Certificates which would take Long Time. There should be Much Better Way and Much Easier Way to Accomplish this Mission.

There is the X7 print merge help page, which goes to http://product.corel.com/help/CorelDRAW/540229932/Main/EN/Documentation/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm#href=CorelDRAW-Using-print-merge.html
Google also has a lot of pages and some videos:
https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=coreldraw+video+%22print+merge%22&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:unofficial&client=firefox-aurora&channel=sb&gfe_rd=cr&ei=cplKVIvbCOnH8geewoJQ
I can't recommend a specific one, because most of those did not exist when I first needed to do a print merge.
Perhaps a more recent user can suggest one?
