Hi David,
Tested the email and it is normally working. Would recommend to check your email provider.
I can confirm the problem:
telnet corel.com.s7a1.psmtp.com 25220 Postini ESMTP 213 y6_40_0c3 ready. CA Business and Professions Code Section 17538.45 forbids use of this system for unsolicited electronic mail advertisements.

corel.com.s7a1.psmtp.com is currentlythe first listed mx address for corel.com and the telnet reply 550 No such user - psmtp is coming from that mx server, not from an intermediate ISP.
Possibly when you send from within the Corel organisation, you reach an internal mail server that is configured differently and knows of the coreldrawcontest user. But I get the same when connecting to all four of Corel's mx servers so I can't see that anybody externally can send to coreldrawcontest@corel.com without getting that 550 error.
Hello David; I had a problem getting a form from Corel, and found out it was the "DSl" modem setting. ( Adj. and got it to working, but it was strange because I could go anywhere else?)
Hi SG, thanks for that.
But I don't use a DSI modem - I'm on cable. I sent my message twice and both times I receive the same reply - user unknown. I don;t have issues with any other addresses other than genuinely bad ones. Therefore I presume its a problem with the setup for this address on the Corel side. This makes it impossible for anyone to contact the Corel Design Competition group as its the only means of contact given on the site.
Thanks for confirming Harry. Yes, I think your diagnosis of the issue may be correct.
