SVG file scales down or gets distorted

Hi I'm opening a SVG file created in Adobe Illustrator CS5, I also tried do create the same file in Inkscape 0.48.

I supose the issue has to do with corel opening the file with a 96dpi resolution.

Is there a way to work arround this?
