CorelDRAW suports PDF´s files. Open your job, click on FILE / PUBLISH TO PDF and in settings "Export range" select "Document".

Btw people who you are sending to PDF file must have installed Acrobat Reader (version for free) in their computer.

Creating a PDF is no problem for CorelDraw. From the top menu, use File > Publish to PDF and choose an appropriate preset, probably document distribution, unless you have specific requirements which you can adjust under the settings button.

However, you may find working on a 40-60 page document is cumbersome because you have to wait while it reads all the pages, every time you open it, and again every time you save it -- which of course you need to do frequently for safety.

My suggestion would be to create the document in several sections of about 10 pages each. Normally you would open only the one you are currently editing, which will save lots of time.

Finally to create the PDF, close all documents, open each of your sections in the correct order, and the on the Publish to PDF screen use the settings button. There you will see an option of Documents which will assemble all the open documents into a single PDF.
