With Windows 7, yes, but you will need the Service pack 3 of CorelDRAW X3
Hello Rosieposie; If you have Windows 7 Pro. or Ult. you should be able to run it in XP mode at least, I don't know about Windows 8 I DON'T think it's out yet only the bata ver.. I have X4 running on Windows 7 64 bit with no problems.

It will be Home Premium 64 bit. An HP computer
I think you would be better to upgrade the Windows to Pro., Home Premium doesn't have XP mode
X3 is not a 64 bits software, so it will run better under Windows 7 32 bits
