I've been using Corel X5 for about a year now, but i still have files on my system that was created in Corel X4. Especially with one particular clients file i have problems where it changes the colors when opened in X5 it's also painfull slow.
Any ideas why this might be happening?
Try to check:
• View manager – CTRL+F2 - too many views have influence to speed
• Graphic and Text Styles – CTRL+F5 -too many styles have influence to speed
• Symbol Manager – if there is some unused symbol you can remove it
Maybe you can upload file for check

Hello RainSwart; X5 & X6 does colors differently than X4. I have X4 and X6 both on this computer and another that has Ver. 11 & X4, and X6 32 bit. Corel plays well with each other so unless you are short on space why not use both?
