the thing is that i had to format my computer and now after i install the corel draw when i click on register a IE window appears with corel.com on and it says that corel draw 12 is not supported anymore. Also, i would like to ask you guys if i can upgrade it to an x6 or x5 version by buying an update license.
Please help me i need it really fast.

There is an upgrade option, but it applies only to X4 and X5.

but still why can't i register my old cdgs 12?
I don't know about that because I've not tried registering older products recently. But I don't see anything older than X3 in my registration list so its possible the registration process can only cope with X3 onwards.
I presume you were registering from inside the program. You could try registering at https://www.corel.com/corel/account/registerProduct.jsp and see if that works.
On my account on corel.com the key appears to be registered and also it is valid but still i have no option to register the same key again.so my question is why does it tell me that i only have 30 days left on my corel 12? and also if you can suggest a fix that would be great. Thanks in advance
