I have (bought) a Corel License Certificate (from Corel Germany - Software number: LCCDGSX6MLA) but it looks that the License key is not valid. I claimed that to the trader through I bought the licence but that happened more then a week before and I do not have my problem solved.
To whom should I address in order to solve the problem?

P.S. I can attach the License Certificate if a Corel representative requests it...
There was a previous similar post where the conclusion was that the licence was valid, but was a special type of licence (eg educational) which needed a special DVD rather than the standard trial download.

I placed a complain to re-seller (checked and trustful company) and he placed such a complain to Corel company (at least this is what he said) but I still do not have an answer...
Searching for the part number you mentioned, I found only sites in Dutch, which makes understanding a little difficult, but it does seem you have bought an additional site licence, not a normal retail product.

Is that perhaps the missing link?It looks as if it might be.
But I'd suggest you don't buy it without confirmation of compatibilityfrom either Corel or your existing supplier, and if the supplier isn't sure it might be safer to return your licence and exchange it for a retail version.
You may be right... I am waiting for Corel representative solution.
