How To Convert Curves To Object As Default
For Example I Make A Rectangle And Press CTRL+Q To Convert To Curves But After That I Want Change My Rectangle Back As Default...
Tell Me Any Other Way Without Undo ????
I don't think it is possible -- think of it as a potato, once you make mashed potatoes you will never make it a potato again.
I would turn on snap to objects and use the rectangle tool to draw a new one
(but I might also try to remember to go careful with the masher in future).

Select the rectangle, hold the Shift Key down and Double Click the Rectangle Icon, this will give you a new rectangle the same size as the one converted to curves, now delete the original curved rectangle.
Any other object that has been converted to curves you will have to re-create.
Yeah, I like the shift+double click the rectangle tool option to create a square/rectangle around your selection. Here's one for circles/ovals.
Draw a circle or oval and convert it to curves then run the macro. Could be modified to delete your original.
Sub InsertCircle2()
Optimization = True
Dim sr As ShapeRange, s As Shape
Dim x#, y#, w#, h#, dOffset#
dOffset = 0# 'change as needed postive of negative
Set sr = ActiveSelectionRange
If sr.Count = 0 Then Exit Sub
sr.GetBoundingBox x, y, w, h
Set s = ActiveLayer.CreateEllipse2(0, 0, 1)
s.SetBoundingBox x + dOffset, y + dOffset, w - (dOffset * 2), h - (dOffset * 2), False
Optimization = False
ActiveWindow.Refresh
End Sub
