I've put messages on about this before and not got anywhere. Basically, this is becoming a major issue now and I wanted to demonstrate how bad this is. These crashes can occur at any time, sometimes when moving items, often when adjusting text, sometimes when I just move the mouse across the screen.
I'm not even a designer, i'm in charge of print production so 95% of the time all I am doing is opening a file and making a minor correction to files or correcting a spelling error. Here is a screenshot taken from a program called AppCrashView which shows my CorelDraw crashes for the last 6 weeks.

The first crash today happened when I ungrouped a simple logo (the LinkedIn logo as it happens), and the second was when I tried to change the colour of a single line of artistic text.
i've also checked the log on the computer of one of our designers. You can't help but feel sorry for him:

This sort of thing costs a great deal of time and money, especially as the auto-backup system is erratic at best. Could someone explain to me how people are meant to work with this sort of thing happening.
Hello scarrott; Well I don't have the problems you are having, Why not tell us how the computer is setup and Which Windows you are using.

I presume you're already emptying the %temp% folder daily and don't have more than 400 fonts installed at a time ? And reset the computer to bios safe defaults ensuring that there is no overclocking?
The randomness of your crashes looks to be either malware or a hardware problem. Software doesn't usually crash randomly like that, it crashes when something specific happens.
Thanks for the responses. In my case, this was a brand new system delivered to us on the 13/08. On the same we set up Windows 7 64-bit and some other essentials (anti-virus, chrome, etc.) followed by CorelDraw X7. As you can see on the log, the first three crashes happened the next day. The Bios was not touched other than to check that i'd installed a second (currently unused and formatted) SATA hard drive correctly. The system itself is very high spec (Intel i5 Quad - 4690 (3.5GHz), 16GB DDR3 1833Mhz, 240GB SSD with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB graphics card) so I can't imagine there is any issue with hardware especially as we have had these sort of problems on all our systems.
The temp folder should certainly not have had much in it the day after starting the computer for the first time, and the only fonts would have been the ones that Windows/Office/CorelDraw/Adobe Suite install by default. Everything is genuine, licensed software.
Incidentally, I'm not a novice with computers. I know a lot of people say this, but i regularly offer PC support to friends and customers. I only come on here as the crashes seem so widespread and varied that i'm sure it must be an issue with the software.
Scarrott unfortunately there are some people who have work habits that cause issues. Without seeing one of your file I cannot discount that behavior in you. If you want post back and you can send a file. I run three systems with no issues.
Here you go. This is the file that caused to two most recent crashes on the displayed log. All seems pretty simple to me. I try to keep files as clean as possible. I've changed the company name and contact details on this but otherwise it's the exact file.
