I think i like this the best out of your submitted pictures. Straight hard lines are most often a bit problematic on faces, especially the one which here connects the nose to her left eye. It's just an unnecessary distraction to me. Her blown-up hair seems a bit stiff / liney partially, but i'm glad you gave it a try however. Otherwise i like the seemingly correct anatomy and the general mood on the picture, even if i don't get much sense of depth there.
Just keep on working on those characters and you'll hit the "jackpot" eventually :)
