I took down the R2 pic and replaced it with this. He is in this one, but I included 3PO. This was an experiment. And a tough one. I took me a couple of weeks to draw this. It was very tedious. Other versions of him I drew in the past were using the standard fills. Here I wanted to capture the chrome look. I don't know if I over did it or not, but I actually faded and deleted a lot of what was in the original photo and it still came out reflective. But being so tedious, I took a lot of breaks from it. It took me two and a half weeks to do it because I would work on it, then leave it for a few days...it was fun, but it was also a lot of work.
