This is the equipment used by the crew of the Enterprise D in Star Trek The Next Generation. No communicator to draw, just a pin. That always bummed me out. The communicators in all the previous shows, even the new movie were cool. In this show they hid them in the pins. No cool gadget. Oh well, technology marches on.
