This is a classic tin robot called Chief Robot Man. It was recently reissued with some subtle differences, but essentially the same. All I know it, i got the repop, and it works great and does some cool stuff. He's bump and go, eyes bling, head turns, arms swing and on antenae twirls. A real nice, action packed toy robot. Funny thing about these though...they are not considered toys. What used to be sold to kids around the country as young as three years old is now for the adult collector only. On the box it is stamped that it is not for kids. Being Tin, they are now considered dangerous for kids. Man, when I think about all the muggins I could have pulled off with my erector set...LOL.
