Coreldraw X7 Docker

You need check your current active document,

check a entire project with layers event you can change layers events to page events

Current active document looks to be OK. I mean adding immediately after event the next code

it returns the active document name at docker activation...

Change your page to fire the event.
The page events will be attached in document, each document has its page event,
for a complete work you need check the window event after document event lastly page event,
following the hierarchy
Application->Window->Document->Page->Layer->Shape
