I think that when preparing a resume, you should pay more attention to detail and present a complete history of achievements.
By now, you may know that recruiters, along with HR managers, spend a lot of time reviewing resumes. When they go to review resumes, they figure out the reasons for putting a candidate in the restricted area, and observing grammatical errors proves to be an effective way to shorten the list of applicants.
