This tutorial is done in the typical style of Deviant Art ( where big pretty pictures don't cost anything and where the rules of spelling, grammar and good design sense are not enforced! ) and was posted 4.5 years ago. As of today over 15,000 people have viewed (downloaded it) so I know it has been of interest to many and hopefully helpful as well.
I'm posting it to show how people (newbies) outside of the illustration, sign making and printing industry have certain expectations of what they should be able to achieve with Drawing software. It doesn't pretend to address what is currently the popular styles of art but it is definitely aimed at artists.
