To start with: I appreciate your skills and like the subtleties contained in the image.
Just some thoughts for you to consider:
Move / scale the blend on her left cheek a little inward and downward to follow the natural shape of her face indicated by the shadow / blush in a more realistic way
Copy the objects of the mouth to PP and feather the object (the original separate objects from CorelDRAW will have become one). Then paste it back into CorelDRAW and the edge area of the mouth with the rest of the face will be softer.

I loved the face, eyes and mouth, but did not like much of the hair.
