UNFAIR . . . IT HAS DONE, BECAUSE ANY CAN SAW IT. . .AT LEAST, THE CLIENT MUST PAID A FINE FOR YOUR EFFORT AND TIME. ( MUST NEED A CONTRACT )
any one can create a white page, it does not need to much effort but, nobody pay for a white page. . . .
knowledge it is more expensive . . .programms, computer, etc. etc.
looks so much technical.
