Sales Manual Design and Production

I am searching for a Corel- versed individual to design a logo, sales manual, business cards, single page leaflet for my company. I am working on the content, but need to pare it down- so if that person also has editing skills so that many concepts can be nicely packed into a visually-pleasing, easy to read and attention-getting information/marketing piece. This project will be very fairly compensated- project deadline by 12/14/07
