Get rid of that irritating tour!

I hate pop-ups. Every time I visit the site it insists on launching the introductory tour. Navigate the Community etc. Please add a button to cancel the tour completely. Later is not enough. And, yes I've been through the tour - pointless.

Yeah I have clicked OK Got it. A dozen times. It still keeps coming like the tide.

Agree. Equally new users might need it in the beginning a while still. But agree it's an annoyance after 2-3 times

I am trying to replicate the problem of having the intro tour show multiple time if you've gone through it once. Can you please help me by providing more details... what browser you use, any specific addons / plugins that impact content from server (adblocks,...)? The only reason you would see the pop-up intro tour that I can think of is that we've made changes to the pages based on feedback (it happened once last week) and you need to go through the tour one more time, but this should not happen every time you go to the site.

If you use the Stylish browser addon like I do, you can kill the tour with the following code snippet:

div.tourtip.belowleft {
display:none!important;
}

Stylish works with any Firefox derivative and there's a version for Chrome as well. That should tide you over until they get it fixed.
