Has the forums site been hacked?!

Twice now I open Google Chrome browser and go to the forums site and instantly get all kinds of ads pop up! I quickly disconnect my cat5 cable as it will not let me "X" off of them. I then have to go back into chrome and delete unwanted extensions.

I have not noticed this, but we are investigating. Did anyone else notice this? Is this happening on a specific URL?

Hello Myron; I use Fire Fox, and you can down load all kinds of gadgets to block junk. ( Fire Fox works Good here.)

Unfortunately I don't have complete control over which browser I use. My Network Admin is already freaking out over this virus type anomaly/infection.

Myron Corel.com is one of the better places to go to and Not have Junk trying to bite you. You may want to get your IT person to check the antivirus and melware software. If you go to like Face Book there are 100's of people trying to find out what you are having for lunch........[:S]
