The application failed to start 0x000007b

Everything worked fine. Can't remember if there was a windows update or not, but now none of my CorelDRAW program will work. I get the following error.

The application failed to start 0x000007b

I have tried to re-install and same problem.

Win8.1 64bit

Any clues?
