Hello, I have written to you on this matter many times through various forms of contact (except this) but could not help me or ignored my inquiries. So again, I have a problem with the lack of ability to log into Patterns (iOS) and Designs (Windows 10). When you try to sign in to both of these applications, you receive an error message or password. On the other hand, I can log on to Corel.com as well as to CorelDraw X7 without much trouble.
