VBA macro. Set event handler for shape on hover/mouse_over.

Excuse me, if I'm writing in wrong branch of forum. Tell me right place if so.

I don't see a way to handle mouse hovering for shape or even handle mouse events for document for check mouse coordinates and check if mouse is over some shape.

How can I do it?
