I just re-installed CD Graphic Suite 2017. Installed successfully but when I try to open CD I get a screen with the heading "Let us get to know you". I have clicked both I have an account and entered email and password and get an error message.

I just re-installed CD Graphic Suite 2017. Installed successfully but when I try to open CD I get a screen with the heading "Let us get to know you". I have clicked both I have an account and entered email and password and get an error message. I have also completed the form as if I did NOT have an account and got the same red box error message. I have to click close and cancel and am unable to access my Corel Draw. Any clue how to get around this?
