I bought CorelDraw Graphic Suite X4 box pack yesterday from an authorised dealer (I'm from India) and tried installing it. However I am told my Serial number is invalid. I tried contacting Corel on their website, but it won't let me register as the registration form just doesn't show the fields I need to fill in, no matter where I open the site, at whatever time of the day.
Please help. How can I get in touch with Support?

The system of registration has changed now with X4. You must have received a white coloured form (user registration guide). You are required to fill in the form scan it and send it alongwith the copy of your invoice on the mail ID mentioned on the form. You receive the serial number normally within 2 working days. This number is unique for your copy of DRAW and can be used to install the application.

Edward - I checked the 0 and O mixup - they are in their place.
Anand - There is no email address in the form - only a url which displays the PDF copy of that form.
I have contacted my distributor and they asked me to send the registration copy to them, so they can get a serial number and send it to me.

I had bought the copy of X4 last year. So I don,t remember the ID. But I am sure there would be one. Somthing like : indiaregistration@corel.com OR india.registration.corel.com.

On a closer look, yes there is indeed an email address - India.Registration@corel.com
have sent them the mail and awaiting reply.
